October saw us hit the road (in a proverbial sense, it was a short drive across Leeds but you get the idea) exhibiting at the MarketingSHOWCASE at The Royal Armouries Museum.
We had the pleasure of speaking with wonderful people from some fantastic companies – hearing their data challenges got our brains whirring as to how The Data Refinery can help in ways which we’d never thought of!
Following the success of the Leeds event, we headed down to the Birmingham MarketingSHOWCASE event (more to come on that in the next round up) and will be at the Manchester event in December – get your tickets here: Manchester – Old Trafford Stadium Thursday 1st December 10am to 2pm.
Now, onto what’s new in October.
The Data Refinery already has a selection of out of the box insights and performance dashboards. But as of our latest release we have introduced our shiny new Insight Builder.
Our Insight Builder gives users the ability to create the dashboards, charts, and tables they need to uncover answers to their most burning questions – or to simply automate repetitive reports.
With flexible views and ways of portraying your data, empower your team to start making data driven decisions, without spending hours manually building reports in spreadsheets.
Xero, Stripe, WooCommerce, and Zoho CRM support for Refinery Insights
The data from Xero, Stripe, WooCommerce and Zoho CRM are now available to power Refinery Insights, enabling those sources to contribute to the pre-built insights and analytical models across The Data Refinery.
We have made a number of performance improvements to our platform, these changes result in a more responsive user experience. We have streamlined a number of our data services to improve data transfer speeds and time to insight, reducing transfer times by 30%.
Our roadmap can be viewed here, and is ever evolving, we will ensure that all future features are based upon and prioritised via customer and community feedback.
Want to see these changes in action? Drop us a message and we'll show you how The Data Refinery works!
